Terms & ConditionsContact Telephone Numbers:- Mobile 0044 (0)7801 321390 Office 0044 (0)1349 830204 i) General Bookings are from Saturday 4pm to Saturday 10am and can be made directly with ourselves (no credit card facilities available) or through our agents. Deposit of GB£65 must be sent to secure confirmation of your booking. The Balance is due 8 weeks before arrival. If a cancellation is necessary we cannot refund unless we can relet, in which case we will refund, less expenses. We recommend you take out Cancellation Insurance to avoid any potential loss. All quoted amounts are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. ii) Equipment & Linen The apartments are fully furnished and equipped for the stated permitted occupancy. Beds are made up for your arrival and towels are provided. Laundering facilities are available in each apartment. Electricity and heating is included in the price. iii) Cleaning The properties are cleaned thoroughly between each let. It is a condition of your let that you leave the property and its contents as you found it. A good housekeeping deposit of GB£150 is required for all bookings and will only be refunded if this condition is met. iv) Pets We do not permit pets in the apartments. However there is an external dog kennel available for use by prior arrangement by the occupiers of The Bakehouse. v) Smoking We operate a no smoking policy within both apartments. vi) Short Breaks Short Breaks of three nights or more can sometimes be arranged out of season and subject to availability. vii) All male/female groups Stag or Hen parties are not accepted without prior agreement. viii) Reserved Rights The proprietors reserve the right to decline accommodation and to order any unauthorised person off the premises ix) Breakages The Hirers will be liable for any loss or damages they may cause to the premises or equipment or to any part of the estate. x) Security The Hirer undertakes to leave the property secure if left unoccupied during the period of let. xi) Responsibility for Loss The Hirers, their agents or employees accept no responsibility for loss, injury or damage to any member of the Hirer's party or their property, arising in any manner out of the let of the premises , however caused. xii) Behaviour The Hirer shall undertake to prevent any member of his/her party from causing a nuisance or disturbance to neighbouring residents or occupiers. xiii) Complaints It is important to us that you enjoy your holiday and every effort has been made to ensure this. However, in the unlikely event of dissatisfaction with the property or any subsequent problem, the Hirer should immediately contact the agent, owner, or caretake/keyholder so that the opportunity to rectify the problem is given.
