The Pavilion 

This is a spacious and very comfortable centrally heated apartment which retains many of the original features. As you enjoy the facilities it is hard to believe that this was once the Castle laundry, a carpenter's shop and a storeroom. All heating and electricity is included in the price.

The large sitting room part of one of the old 16th Century Castle's corner defensive towers, has a real historic feel to it yet is bright and airy with two large windows in it's 4'6" thick walls. It overlooks the Castle grounds and fields beyond. There is a welcoming and large open fire - just perfect for cosy nights in.

 The fully equipped kitchen/diner complete with fridge freezer, dishwasher, washer dryer and microwave and everything else you need, conveniently leads on to the dining area which will easily accommodate 6 - 8 people.

The two en-suite bedrooms - the smaller furnished with twin beds and the larger, a king size double bed are warm and comfortable. All linen and towels are provided.

A cot is also available if required and there is a fold down sofabed in the dining/room if you'd like to squeeze one more in. Being an historic ‘A’ listed building it has not been possible to provide disabled access.
